I am blessed to say this guitar far exceeded my expectations. I have owned Seagull , Ovation, and Epiphone and this guitar ublows them all away. I also have friends who own Taylor in the 300 , and the the 800 series and they were amazed at the comfortable playability , and the sound it produces. This is a beautiful instrument that I will treasure for many years to come. zZounds made it all possible with pay as you play. The quitar arrived in 3 days, and zZounds has sent me follow up emails making sure I am 100% satisfied with my guitar. I've waited about 3 weeks before writing this so I would have a feel for this guitar...the first thing that you'll notice is the neck...its extremely easy and feels great...its set up perfectly out of the bag...strings are set low, with no fret buzz up and down the neck...tone unplugged is excellent and rich...plugged in, it goes up a notch...great tuner that lights up...very nice feature...I'm still getting used to the EQ to get my sound...almost forgot...the detail on the neck, headstock and body are so beautiful, the pictures of it, don't do justice...this is rosewood back and sides which give it a very rich tone...I'm very pleased with my black beauty...and of course zZounds makes purchasing so easy and it will arrive very quick...even in Iowa

This beautiful guitar for 999.00 is a dream purchase . Do not let the fact that this foreign made guitar deter you from buying it. I own a 1970 Martin D35 and the Breedlove plays better and sounds just as good in every way. ZZ sounds made everything so easy with easy pay and shipping. ZZ is Awesome!

I just received this beauty about a week ago and what a bargain it was when it went on sale. I couldnt be happier with my purchase:) It sounds amazing plugged in to an amp and i took it to church the 1st night i got it and played on the wings of a dove< Wow it sounded Awesome and the tone that comes out ot it is 1st class. The carry bag is really neat u can carry it like a back pack and has plenty of padding to protect ur guitar but I bought a case anyways. For the price u save buying this guitar u really cant go wrong the LR electronics are great and it keeps the guitar in tune.. Breedlove is a great brand and im a proud owner of a great guitar and if lost or stolen u can bet id get me another one from zZounds.. I love u guys:)))

I'm really pleased with this guitar. Very playable out of the box. Better tone than my high end Guild. Electronics are terrified. Records very well. If you are looking for bang for your buck, this is it!

I was immediately impressed when I opened the box and found a very sturdy backpack style case. Upon opening the case and removing the plastic, I found the guitar to be very nice looking, with no finish flaws or problems. I tuned it up and noticed right off the bat how crisp and full the stock Daddario xp strings sounded. After playing for just a few minutes I was in love with the finish (or lack of) on the neck. Extremely comfortable profile and easy access to upper frets. Tone? yeah it's all there. I've owned Taylor, Martin, Gibson, this guitar can hang with any one of those. Very balanced sound, great projection, crisp, punchy...I can use all the cliche words....they all apply. I love this guitar, and I'm buying the 12 string soon.

I have owned several guitars in my life. Several quality and respectable name guitars. These guitars did have better quality sound and craftsmanship but compared to this Breedlove Guitar they sound much cheaper. I am definitely a fan of the Breedlove Sound. This guitars sounds and looks like a $2,000-$3,000 guitar.

What a good guitar for the price... Tone is excellent & I've had tons of nice guitars, electronics are great, that was my one concern about this guitar. It sounds great through a PA. Small size is excellent, I'd recommend upgrading from the gig bag to a case, because it's definitely a worthy instrument_ I'd expect a guitar in this quality range to run in the thousand dollar range...

first of all from the time i ordered the guitar from zzounds til i received it was only 6 days. the guitar plays very nice, has a very nice sound. the electronics is also very nice. the only thing i did find on the negative side was; i noticed the strings were higher off the neck than what they should be, and for that i did not give a 5. and i will put a thinner gage on the guitar and see if that brings it down. then i may have to sand some off the saddle.but i am going to get used to the new guitar first.
