Feature:
many options and knobs creating a different sound for whatever your liking

Quality:
very fit pedal, the noise sometimes appears

Sound:
great but noise comes through sometimes, it can be reduced by lowering the brilliance knob or not cranking the high-end on EQ.

Support:
I've never called for support, I bought this used

Overall:
Like any boss twin pedal it has multiple effects and many options.
