Sound: Great blues, rock tone. Has plenty of volume. Use pentode side with a metal muff for good metal sound. Feature: Wish it had an effects loop and reverb but it works without it fine. Ease of Use: There is nothing about it that is hard to understand. Easy to understand complete manual. Quality: Very well made. Tolex and piping is tight. The unit has some weight to it as to not feel cheap yet is easy to carry. Value: It's a great amp for the money. Remember that it's not a Mesa or a Marshall but they don't claim it to be. It's just a great warm tube amp for the studio or garage or small room. Give it a try, you won't be sorry Manufacturer Support: Haven't needed anthing yet.

Sound: if you want a rock and roll sound. then this is the amp to get. good blues sound. good for all rock like all of the 60 and 70s jam. it kicks as-- for the hendrix and srv and ac-dc and all of the good guitar players. it is bad. dont for get to buy the BH112 speaker cabinet you got to have the cabinet to get the amazing sound from the amp. Feature: you get all you need!!! Ease of Use: turn it up and jam. Quality: the best amp out there. i have a lot of amps. tube amps and solid state amps. but for the money you can not beat this one no way. and it is made in the U.S.A. and buy it from here. YOU CAN NOT BEAT ZZOUNDS!!!!!h Value: this is a deal for around $500.00 for this amp and speaker cabinet this is a steal. Manufacturer Support: i bet it is a 10 + hope i never have to used it... The Wow Factor: if you are going to play the guitar then you got to get this. Overall: no more amps for me. this is the one.

Sound: I like the sound of this amp and I would have already bought one if it had reverb OR on effects loop. I Like a splash of reverb and or delay and putting these effects in front of an amp just does not get it. Feature: Like I said....needs reverb or an effects loop. Ease of Use: Simple to use Quality: Better built than your average Asian import. Value: Price is a touch too high in a this market...there are a lot of good inexpensive tube amps out now with as good tone and better features for less money. Manufacturer Support: N/A Overall: I think they are going to have to lower their price or add a new model with reverb and or a good effects loop. Since this amp first hit the street and the present, several manufacturers have put out amps that make it hard to justify the price considering the lack of features...I'd rather have the little Blackstar or the Vox 4 watt ACTVH or even one of the Fender XD amps...This amp relies on hype, the "cool" name and logo, "cool" website catches the kids but it's a tough sell for those going by value. Not a bad amp but too expensive.
