Feature:
many good features men specially for newbie guitarist and newbie effect users that will give the best sound of the common effects that almost all of us use....Great SOUND men

Quality:
plastic but for the price and quality its kinda good

Value:
compare to zoomG1 and digitech this was cool and awesome hahahah..... hey zoom has a low quality speciality to sound and the button we experienced it on any zoom hahahha

Sound:
its better than zoom G1 hahhaha even though zoom G1 has a great pedal effect it really sounds great because it is patterned to different stomp boxes.... unlike all effects of zoom which has only a very heavy effect sound cause of automatic equa and compressor which makes the sound of zoom very heavy....

Ease of Use:
cause of its plastic men i think u should becareful really to it....specially to its footswitch and knowbs also the main pedal... but its kinda hard u nid alot of weight to break it

Support:
so many behringers around the world and they have a real good time warranty

Overall:
REALLY GOOD for the PRICE and the sound that u will get

Quality:
Oh. I did manage to broke one of the channel switching/stepping switch. After it was ran over by a electric powered wheelchair, that weights at almost 400 lbs. all by itself; and another 150 lbs or so of the weight of the person sitting on the wheelchair. That padal pops right back in, and stays in place, and has been working perfectly with a little piece of electrical tape to add additional support at the hind's side. By the way. The padel is almost 4 years old.

Sound:
This thing sounds amazing. I'm not going to repeat what everybody else have said. Yes, It has plastic padal, switches, etc. But modern plastics are very durable. Some even out-do metal's counter-parts. For example -- In the FIREARMS industries. Two of the most sorted after firearms are the Glock pistols, and the Styr Aug assault rifle. Both have very light weight receiver/frame. In the case of the Glock pistols. The typical weight of the receiver is about 1.5 oz - Depends models. Instead of about one pound or more. For the typical 9mm service sized models. These are also some of the MOST DURABLE weapons in the history of firearms history. They 're used by more military and law enforcment forces all over the world. Plastic has comes a long way. Baby!

Support:
I have about 10 Behringer products. Had to call support once, and the problem was resolved in a very timly, and professional manners.

Feature:
Best features are the small size and the expression pedal to control effects parameters. Worst feature is the need to press multiple buttons to access some controls. There's a mod to add a knob that will do whatever the the pedal is assigned to do. It's cool too in that you can use the knob to set a limit on how low the pedal goes (like making it stop at volume=4 when pulled all the way back). Here is the mod page: www.dominocs.com/AshBassGuitar/xvamp/

Quality:
Fine to me.

Value:
Stupid sweet value for getting all those effects for what you'd pay for any one of them individually.

Desirability:
Looks cool. Small and efficient.

Sound:
I bought this for the effects only. I have three amps hooked up to it and the rest of my gear gets me what I want as far as amp sounds go. So for $75 I got four choruses, four tremolos, four phasers, four flangers, rotary speaker, and delays. These aren't effects I use often, but I like having them when I do want them and I don't want my floor strewn with all the pedals that would be necessary for such a collection. The X V-Amp is small and being able to use the expression pedal to control effect parameters is icing. My rating is for the sound of the effects.

Ease of Use:
There's more learning curve at the beginning than I expected for such a small unit. Once the routine is down though I can get around quickly enough. The multi-button thing is a bit of a drag but again, easy enough to get around with once you understand the basic patterns.

Overall:
The effects have me. My rating is for those and the foot pedal access.

Feature:
plastic ... funny story ran it over with my car and it still works (plastic over the led numerical light cracked)

Quality:
sounds good

Value:
60 bux

Desirability:
great tool for a home studio.. someones amp is sounding like crap plug this baby in and you can get the sound they really want.

Sound:
This product is more of an instrument than a pedal. It is amazing for creating guitar sounds that cut through a mix in recording. Live it's not as practical. Flipping through your presets has too long of a buffer time to use live. The presets should be erased. Tweak it yourself and you can get different sounds everytime. Amps sound great, some effects are great. add a tube pre to this and you've got yourself a nice quiet amp for recording.

Ease of Use:
a little learning curve but once you figure out the presence and bass boost your golden

Support:
no support needed

Overall:
might switch to the rackmount this one is a little too noisy

Feature:
Pretty much what you would expect in these days of digital modelling.

Quality:
Overall for the price OK.

Value:
I don't think that you will get much more for the money.

Desirability:
I don't want it. It is aimed squarely at the beginner / amateur market.

Sound:
For the price you can't complain, great for the odd small gig or messing around at home. Presets need to be tweeked (as always with this type of device).

Ease of Use:
Need to sit it on a desk to program or tweak the sounds. Kinda fiddly with small knobs / buttons and basic display.

Support:
Never dealt with Behringer.

Overall:
I think that most people will grow out of it very quickly. The pedal control is not very useable.... i.e. using the pedal to control volume or Wah it is either on or off... very little control over the set parameter. No user presets so you have to overwrite the factory presets to store our own. No way to upgrade the sofware or control from a computer. Don't really expect much more for the price but one would be inclined to spend a few more bucks to save having to upgrade very soon unless you are a very casual user. Probably better buying the desktop version and plugging in a volume footpedal.

Feature:
Came with A/C adapter. it can get a bit confusing, to say the least, with the mandatory pressing of this button with that button to get this sound and such. Overall, this little box has alot of cool features you can tweak. Buttons are too small though.

Quality:
Overall , except for the plastic the pedals are made of, it's fairly well built. I've dropped, thrown, stomped the hell out of it and it still works like new.

Value:
Good sounds for a good price

Desirability:
The name V-amp caught my eye along with the dark blue color and compact design. And the name Behringer was.. different.

Sound:
I was very pleased with the mod sounds. The effects have a nice range. if you mess around with it you can create some impressive styles. Not the best I've owned, but it's a keeper nonetheless.

Ease of Use:
This is were I have a problem... Ease of use - not so with this machine. The chassis needs to be expanded a bit. Switch Pedals need to be bigger and spaced apart more. Expression pedal is one of the worst I've seen. And then there is the button thing again. Don't ask - read the manual!

Support:
Havn't needed any repairs. 1 year warranty. No problems - so I've never contacted them

Overall:
I like it. Not Love it. I'll keep it for practice maybe a few gigs or recordings. It's not the best but it gets the job done. If your low on dough and want a decent processor - this is a good buy. I will definitely keep it. If anything it's a great backup tool.

all the features were awesome. although i still need some help on the expression pedal usage(how to get it to work!!!)other than that its priceless.

Quality:

Value:
its priceless to me.

makes me horny babe.

i own a marshall amp and i thought it sounded awesome alone, till i plugged in the v-amp!!! i dont even use my marshall's gain anymore! that and the simplicity of it is amazing!!! if i were a beginer and were frustrated with thay crappy ness of the sound of my amp, i would buy a v-amp!!!

Value:
For this price there should be no negative reviews at all. Best value on amp-modellers market period

Sound:
Better than many far more expensive multi-effect units. Very good for shredding metal leads (Petrucci, Glibert style.)Particulary good compressor and noise gate Unit is quiet even on high gain settings.

Overall:
Perfect for rehearsal plugged direct into PA system. If stolen I would buy another one.

The only improvement they could make on this product is to make it out of die cast aluminum instead of heavy duty plastic...but for the price, who cares?

Value:
for the money, it's a guitar flamethrower. I have digitech modelers and I've had experience with the pods as well. They all have their respective advantages, but for the most part, you can't tell the difference in modeling quality. It can do any style with flying colors. Only the asbsolute tube geeks might find these amps unconvincing, but then again you can't please them unless they actually see the auburn/red glow of the tubes while their playing. I think it's more in their heads actually.

Sound:
Excellent sounds. Makes any guitar sound huge(high quality or low quality). It definitely responds better to high quality pickups(dimarzios/duncans/emg) Amazing clean tones, and the distortions are very convincing. You compare the recorded sound to a tube amp of any kind and I'll bet you can't tell the difference. You just need to take the time to tweek it a little. Sounds great in front of an amp, which is primarily why I bought it. Great effects too.

Support:
haven't had to deal with them.
