Feature:
You get a lot for the money. It's nice that you get an internal power supply ... no "wall wart" to deal with! The feedback finder came in handy during my first live outing with this mixer, and did it's job quite well. The "XPQ Surround" effect actually does a good job of livening up the overall mix ... nice touch, but don't overdo it! The internal FX are nothing to write home about, but very decent overall. Some hidden cool things (like the rotary effect speeding-up/slowing-down naturally) really show an attention to detail, adn make this useful beyond its typical "inexpensive live mixer" role.

Quality:
The metal casing seem very solid. The faders feel smooth and sturdy, but the knobs seem a little weak.

Value:
A great value in a live sound mixer (which is suitable for home recording as well)

Desirability:
It had everything I needed at the right price point + a few goodies.

Sound:
Sound quality is - of course - always subjective. This $220 mixer sounds like a lot more expensive board. The most important qualities: quiet operation and transparent signal. I would have liked to have a sweepable mid-band EQ, but you can't have everything! The 9-band EQ on the main output somewhat compensates for this. The FX are decent and useable, but not stellar.

Support:
No experience to speak of so they get a 8 until they blow it!

Overall:
This will do the job just fine. I'll probably upgrade to something else for home recording, but keep the Behringer for live gigs or as a keyboard subxixer.
