These boards and I will last longer than ANY of my marriages.
Sound
Ultra quiet, but I bought it to replace my old p.v.12 ch and ANYTHING would be more quiet. Used daily in project studio, but I was so impressed I bought another.
Features
I couldn't believe I got 8 buss and 8 aux sends in one board for $700. Then the balloon burst and I got an imtermittent short where left main output would cut out. A real drag, but I couldn't afford the downtime to ship it anywhere. So I resoldered the connections and no more problem.
Quality
I wouldn't want to take it on the road, but in the studio, 2 MX3282's side by side LOOKS and SOUNDS impressive. The quality over time is the big question
Value
For the money, it's the best deal out there. I was impressed enough to buy 2 MX3282A's, 2 TRUTH B2031 monitors, and 4 Ultrapatch Pro patchbays
Manufacturer Support
Dunno, I'm a D.I.Y. kinda guy
The Wow Factor
As I said, two MX3282a's side by side makes an impression on potential client for my studio. When I can afford it, I'll upgrade to two MX9000's and use these in studios B and C

"Get it!!!!!!"

Overall: 4 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)

I am always looking , listening and trying things.(helps to reduce stress from the day job).I will spend around 3000 dollars in the future if I find something that blows away what I have now(Wife will blow me away if she finds out too). Would like 100mil faders, quieter output when all channels are on. Also would like a true 32 channel(settle for 28) with xlr inputs.Always getting "toys"and so do the others in the band. Also a input jack(xlr) for mic for the monitor talkback section. (sounds like ****)
Sound
s got better at e-q ing the rest of my components (x-over;31 band e-q ;compressrs;effects;gates and up graded speakers, I noticed the boards ability to perform increased greatly. I'm ordering a spare and at this price I would be a fool not to. I have used thid board in many different venues including country,Irishfolk, local rock and R and B bands. This is something I enjoy doing on the side if my band(8 member wedding band) isn't working somewhere. Also have used it in schoolwhere I teach as the stuff there can be a bit antiquated.Even used it when my one son was in a hard core band.It held up well but thank God for those compressor/limiters.I believe if all the equipment in the system, mics, speakers, etc are professional quality this board will perform verywell. We are happy with the ability to have 5 yes 5 monitor mixes plus 2 seperate effects mixes and be able to record any live performances. Even did a Ordination service reciently and the womans B 3 was bring the house dowm. I was told about this product and purchased it from a local music company who has done sound and lighting for many national acts and although they use the expensive stuff(30,000) soundboards etc they liked this one very much.
Quality
Construction is good aswell as the looks. 2 problems I have had are one-ch 4 had a periodic "glich" in the fader. Two-The power cable going into the board as become loose ad if not stress reliefed(cable hangs down) the wires inside the end of the cable that hooks in the board doesn't make proper contact and noises, crackling or other problems can periodically occur. I am having the cable repaired soon as we are not playing or doing any sound jobs.I have a Carvin as a back up but don't like it. Thats why I'm getting the extra one(3282A).
Value
A few years ago I payed 2x what it is going for now. What a bargan. You know where my Bush tax money is going.
Manufacturer Support
As I mentioned before no real problems with board except with connector cable and ch 4 fader.
The Wow Factor
Sharp looking and all I have to do to dust it is use a 1 inch new paint brush(dry) and its back to new.

all....if done well though...

"Best value!"

Until I can afford a digital board!
Sound
I own 2 of them and I've sat through many a live performance hearing SoundCraft Allen and Heath and more. I've not heard multi thousand dollar boards sound much better - if at all!
Features
I've never felt like I was missing anything. I use the subgrouping feature, all the sends for individual monitor control and compression and couldn't ask for more!
Ease of Use
Once you understand one channel - you've got the entire board figured out! It's pretty straight forward!
Quality
Faders could be a bit higher quality - but if you keep them lubed and clean - they should be no problem.
Value
You can't buy new anymore - but you can find these for under $500 - and where else can you get a 32 channel board for under $500?
Manufacturer Support
I've not had to have this in for repair after 6 years!
The Wow Factor
Lots of buttons and knobs always impress!

This is an excellent mixer. I treat my gear very well (home use only) and it works just as great as the day I bought it. I'm not sure how it would stand up to being on the road though.
Sound
Everything sounds nice and clean. I don't know about the preamps, I only use line level gear.
Features
Great Routing Abilities.
Quality
Used for 2 years and still going strong.
Value
Can you beat the price?
Manufacturer Support
I don't know. Never needed it.

"Great board for the price."

Overall: 3.5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
I bought this board for my band last year when we outgrew our old 12-channel Phonic. It was one of those purchases that I wasn't planning on making, but a buddy of mine from another band was selling a bunch of equipment and I went to have a look. $300 later I was the proud new owner of this mixer that was still in the box. Brought it back to our jam room and it has been flawless ever since. The big blue power conditioner is a plus too.
Sound
I own a lot of Behringer stuff and have never had any problems with any of it. I have a couple of their stompboxes and regardless of what people say they really do sound pretty good as long as you use reasonable care with them. This mixer is the same way. Built very well and has some weight. I imagine it will last quite a few years with reasonable care and a shot of contact cleaner to the pots and connections every now and then.
Features
I'm the frontman and rhythm guitarist in my band but I also use a digital guitar/synthesizer for piano/banjo/acoustic sounds that runs through a DI box into this board. Never had any trouble with it since day 1. Everything has a lot of headroom and our EC-1000 power amps like it too. It's nice having to many sends and returns and all of those buses are pretty handy too.
Ease of Use
Like I said it plays nice with the rest of our equipment and if you know a little about mixers it's pretty easy to figure out.
Quality
It is made very well. The only problem we had is when connecting our rackmount CD player. We got a signal in but couldn't get a signal out to the mains. It was just a setting but it was hidden well. Minor but still might be a problem for some less experienced.
Value
I got a bargain but I think the new price is also reasonable.
Manufacturer Support
Never dealt with them.
The Wow Factor
The size, number of channels, and the "gee whiz" factor.

"Good Features, Good Sound, 32 Channels and a very attractive price."

Overall: 4 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
This review has been selected by our experts as particularly helpful.
I only use this desk occasionally but every time I use it i find no faults. I will eventually change it becuase i get more money and can afford bigger!! It still works just as well as any other desk but will probably upgrade size next time i buy a mixing desk.
Sound
Very good sound for the price. Have Mackie and Allen and Heath Desks and the difference you hear is very little, not sure it is worth 1000 pound difference. Your crowd wont hear the difference. Why is behringer so bad?? Cheap, Good Features, Good Sound
Features
8 Busses, 32 channels, 8 auxes for my use of this desk it is plenty, i submix moniters on stage so only use 2 or 3 auxes. The Best feature is 4 stereo channels, on some mixers you see 2 stereos with no Eq. With Keyboards this is a perfect mixer for me. It also has two headphone sockets which is very handy when teaching.
Ease of Use
If you know how to use mixers then you dont even have to read the manual. With signal lights and Clear PEAK Led's you know whats happeneing. Two headphone sockets is a great feature when you are teaching, you dont have to buy a seperate headphone splitter.
Quality
The product is made to last, It is strong and the preamps have very good headroom. The external power supply is not brilliant, if not servised then it makes alot of noise, not always a problem live but if used in a studio it can be very bad with high frequency mics.
Value
For the size of the desk and with its features it is a brilliant desk. A 32 channel 8 bus mixer would put you back a good 2000 pound but with this it is affordable and great value for money.
Manufacturer Support
I have not needed to use the support on This Desk but my Europower got surged and bacically exploded and they repaired it no questions asked!!
The Wow Factor
I have to say i would rather show off a soundcraft 32 channel but the fact is i dont think it is worth a 1000 pound difference, I like the colour of desk makes a change from black. I could cope with a 16 channel but i dont like to be restricted. With this desk i have no restrictions in the work i do.

"AMAZING, HANDS DOWN BEST VALUE IN IT'S PRICE RANGE!!!"

Overall: 5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
Time to replace it soon, but ONLY because I WANT a firewire board, otherwise I feel this would last me another 10 years at least!
Sound
It's very transparent, but I had to give it a 9 after hearing a 10!
Features
8-sub mixer at this price? Nuff said!
Ease of Use
A monkey could work it. Very simple, no menus to navigate, led on mains, signal lights on channels. It's SIMPLE for routing.
Quality
I used this in my studio without any issues from 2003 to 2011. Period.
Value
Untouchable for this price range.
Manufacturer Support
Never needed any support.
The Wow Factor
Fits on my small console perfectly with room to spare.

"Great Deal, Huge Package, Tiny Price."

Overall: 5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
I dont think i could have gotten much better for the price, and it is an excellent board, that i will hope to have around for a long time to come.
Sound
this has superb sound, clear highs, resonant lows, and no buzz at all, assuming its in a good environment.
Features
All i could ever ask for for the price was inlcuded with this mixer. Once i unpacked and took it downstairs to my studio i was amazed at how much it added to the quality of my studio.
Quality
I must say i have two kids in the house, and they always love to mess with "daddy's stuff." All I can say is after 3 months it is holding up better then anything else, and is definetly very well made.
Value
This mixer is worth every penny, and although i really want the MX9000, for 700 bucks, its almost worth just to see it sitting in your studio.
Manufacturer Support
I gave it a 10 only because I have never had to work with the support, because it was made so well.
The Wow Factor
Oh, definetly, it was amazing from the moment i took it out of the box, and you should own one even if you just have a small home studio, you never know how many mics you might need. And the ease of use and the beatiful layout are even more good reasons to get it.

"Behringer...it's our board."

Overall: 4.5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
No need to look till we get a record deal.
Sound
Use it professionally in a 5 piece country band. Very quiet board and we have had no problems whatsoever in the 6 months we've used it.
Features
Has everything we need in the small to medium club venues that we play in. I can't think of anything it hasn't got that we need.
Quality
No problems..I like it's looks....
Value
Would have given it a 15 if it was available. Nothing on the market in it's range for the quality.
Manufacturer Support
Had a couple of questions...they were great.
The Wow Factor
Like it... a lot of other musicians in our click like it as well.
