All the stuff that came with the pack is great. i just wish it came with more strings and another amp chord.

The Sound is great! At first, i couldn't figure out the tuner, but after, it sounds very good!

This was my first guitar, but it is very easy to learn and the DVD really helps to get started.

Support:
I haven't needed to call support yet. The company got my guitar here in about a week.

Overall:
I'll probably replace this guitar when i get good with a more pro-guitar. But it's a great starting guitar and i'll probably keep it for a LONG time.

Hey this guitar is SEXY. When i walked into the music store where i live it stood out in a croud of expensive guitars. It was the first one i noticed i couldn't help my self i was attracted to it and had to have it.

Sound:
out of the box the pickups need to be raised so you get a better tone, but once this is done it sounds very good

Ease of Use:
pretty fast action need to put different strings on it but very easy to play

Support:
i have owned for three months and had no problems with it at all

Overall:
Overall this is a great starter setup. Of course as you get better your gonna want to upgrade so as for the money and quality goes nothing can touch it as far as i am concerned.

the features are the best! you get a DVD which shows how to play fingerstyle, blues rythm and so on! 3 picks in different shape.and you get some more stuff. the amp is quality, but if you turn the volume over 6, it become a little noisy! but you get a lot of volume under 6 I promise! then it's the guitar: ROCK ON! great guitar! it looks like a million dollar, and plays like it could be an Ibanez guitar. the vibrato is cool! all in all, as good as perfect.

the product is very well made. it doesn't look as cheap as it is! I think this guitar will last forever:) i actually don't have anything to complaine about! the guitar pack is QUALITY!

it's the best pack for this kinda price! absolutely!

Desirability:
when I first saw this product, i've guessed it was much more expensive! and it looked perfect! so go buy it!

Sound:
the sound is very good! you get a hardcore music-style, aswell as you can play soft. this guitar pack is perfect for practising and playing solos and riffs!

Ease of Use:
when i got the pack, i opened it, then adjusted the guitar, then i played! there are manuals, but i didn't have to use them!

Support:
i haven't had any problem with the company, since the guitar were in perfect condition!

Overall:
i've expect to be satisfied with it for years! maybe the amp is the first thing i will trade! but it's good enough for most people!

Feature:
The accessories are very nice. The amp, as said isn't very nice, but still for the price is a nice bonus. The amp cable is a given if they give you an amp. I really like the auto-tuner, it helps me out a lot, but it doesn't work very well for acoustic guitars. The picks are just a fun little gift, they are pretty cool and match the guitar well.

Quality:
Not the best quality, but still nice. I don't really worry about anything breaking, except I get nervous sometimes when other people mess around with my guitar's vibro arm. The bridge bends pretty badly, and I just get scared someday it might snap. It hasn't, so it will probably last a while, and I plan on keeping the guitar till it does.

Value:
For this price, this guitar pack is really good. You can get some professional sounds for chump-change.

Desirability:
It looks soooo nice, a sleek body, with sexy curves, with a shiny black finish. But some other colors would be nice, and it would be better if the pick guard was a different color. A white pick guard with the texture of the picks your get would look so nice.

Sound:
This guitar is a straight up rocker. Nothing too hard rock, but good for most regular rock and, with the right settings, you can modify it for soft rock. Sadly, the amp can kill the sound. The amp overloads a lot, because its only a small little thing, so you can't pull off chords too well and when you try to use power chords with other notes, they all come out blurry and static-y. But with a more sophisticated amp, the guitar could be very good.

Ease of Use:
It's pretty easy to get a good sound, put volume and tone all the way up on the guitar and tremble all the way and you have a nice rock sound. You can still mess around with the MID, gain, bass, and pickups to get an even more unique sound. I personally like having volume and tone all the way up on the guitar, the pickups set to the farthest down, and having tremble and MID all the way up, with all other settings off. The only thing that makes this guitar a little hard to use the the 'vibro' arm. You have to screw it in, but there are no directions how to use it, or what to do with it. And if your like me, and this is your first electric guitar, this can be confusing.

Support:
Don't need it.

Overall:
This is a real good guitar for a great price. If you are strapped for cash and need a rock guitar quick, BUY THIS.

The included amp that comes with this package is actually a decent little guy. I prefer adding a few little stomp boxes, but it does the job for practicing.

Quality:
All things considered, for the price this is a very nice setup for either practicing, or a new guitarist. But don't get your hopes up that this is somehow on par with a high value guitar. It is what it is. If you are buying a guitar to go on stage with, then you need to save your money and plan on spending about $2500 for a nice Gibson ES and maybe a Fender Twin Reverb or Hot Rod.

Value:
You can't find a better buy for the money.

Desirability:
I own a different Behringer guitar and amp I leave at my daughter's house for my visits there. Zzound had it there for me in a couple of days. I was pleasantly surprised and happy I bought it over a Mexican Fender. I took a chance and scored!

Sound:
For the money you can't go wrong with this package. It makes a very nice guitar to haul around with you as well so you don't worry about loosing a prized ax. But, don't buy it if you really think it sounds on par with a real Fender or Gibson, it doesn't. But, it also won't break the bank. Do yourself a favor and buy a good set of light strings to go with it, and change then at least every two months.

If you keep everything above in mind, you will be happy with this package. Everything seems to be well made and I don't see replacing it anytime soon. I will probably just give it to my grandson when he gets old enough and is serious about learning how to play.

guitar, bag, picks, tuner,amp. pretty much all you need, i only give it a 9 because it needs an extra set of strings. my B string broke and the only thing i had to replace it with was a string from my acoustic

i think it should a cost more than it did, but im not complaining.

for the price, its bloody fricken perfect. i will, one day, get a higher quality guitar when i become better and want more out of it, until then im perfectly happy
