Feature:
The amp has all sorts of adjustments -- really fun.
The tone controls on the guitar don't do a lot -- but you can adjust the sound plenty through the amp. Okay guitar, great amp. For $100, a bargain, I think.
Quality:
I mean, this is not a high-quality guitar, but for the price, it works just fine. The amp seems to be high quality.
Value:
I read a lot of reviews of this guitar package and others before I bought this one -- I am sure there are better packages out there, but not for $100.
I'm 46 years old, I've had this Behringer package for three months, and I play every day. I download guitar tablature on the Internet for free, and I keep the guitar on a stand (not in a case) so it's right there, ready to play.
Desirability:
To my guitarist friends, the guitar seems cheap, but not crappy, you know what I mean? It LOOKS great. On close inspection, you can see they had to cut a lot of corners to make the guitar and amp go for $100, but they cut smart corners -- the package works just fine.
Sound:
Once you adjust the guitar some, it sounds fine. Have someone lower the action for you.
The amp sounds GREAT. Fantastic amp.
I am not a guitarist -- I am a drummer just now learning the guitar. So, I know a little about them from bandmates.
Overall:
I will keep the amp forever -- it's loaded with features, they all work, and the amp really sounds cool. Fun.
If I lost the guitar, I would replace it with a "real" guitar, at least like an Epiphone SG or Les Paul. But even though the guitar is kind of cheap, it works fine.
I recommend this package highly.
