Sound: This product sounded great...until one of the channels started to randomly cut in and out during a show, almost frying an amp and my right pair of speakers. Feature: I chose this product because it had good input/output options, high/low pass filters, and enough faders to cover the rest of the audio spectrum. Quality: The first one I received, the lights in the faders were all dead, so I sent it back and got another one. This one was fine...for 2 shows, then the third show channel 2 (my right speakers) started clipping in and out at random intervals, completely unpredictable. As mentioned before, I almost fryed an amp and my right pair of speakers. I called behringer to get the thing RMA'd, but they had me send it to "the good guys" (yes, that is the name of the 'authorized' service center). 6 months later I received the EQ back. After numerous delays, they said they replaced some capacitor on the inside, and checked the soldering on the inside as well. 3 months later...just out of warranty, the darn thing had the exact same problems, no help from behringer YEAH! :) Value: If it worked, it would have been worth it, but since I got the shaft, I have an expensive piece of junk, worth less than a bag of aluminum cans for recycling. Manufacturer Support: If the darn thing stops working, demand a refund or a new replacement with a new warranty. I lost $150 on this piece of crap, don't make the same mistake I did. The Wow Factor: There is no appeal in a piece of equipment that doesn't work. Overall: Overall, I got 2 shows worth of use out of it, so if $75 a show for an EQ is a good deal, this was a steal.
