I will be pushing this amp till it fails. I see no need to look for a replacement at this time. It's doing what I need it to do and it's doing what it's supposed to do. All at a good price point.
Sound
This amp provides clean power. I am using it to run 2 JBL JRX125 Dub 15's and it does the job very well. I used this amp to run 2 JBL JRX115 and again...Job well done. This amp with my Yamaha 115V's...Super clean sound without distortion.
Features
The clip limiters are good as well as the EASY ability to bridge this amp. I hated dip switches and this amp has a REALLY EASY switch to accomplish bridging / stereo.
Ease of Use
It's a power amp. Plug it in and turn it on. Pretty straightforward. It's easy to set for bridged mode and clip limiters so ease of use is way up there.
Quality
So far, so good. It feels like its built very well. Solid construction. it does not feel..."cheap". It feels like a quality product. Time will tell. I have never been a behringer fan. They have had products that were CHEAP but their amps seem to be 1st class. I also own a EP2500 and it has been rock solid for the past 3 years. That is the reason I took a chance on the EPX3000. For comparison, I also own a QSC PLX 3002, QSC PLX 3602, Crown MA3600VZ, Crown MA2600. I know a thing or two about amps and "so far" the EPX3000 is a good one.
Value
GREAT PRICE!!! The price point along with the features and my past experience with a Behringer amp is what made me take a chance on it. So far I am very happy. For the price, as long as it continues to work, I couldn't be happier.
Manufacturer Support
I called Behringer and a REAL PERSON answered the phone. WOW!!!! I asked questions about what this amp could do at 8ohms, 4ohms, 2ohms, 16ohms, 8ohms bridged, 4ohms bridged and the PERSON I spoke to was able to provide detailed answers. He had knowledge of the product. I even asked him about the quality of the amp. He laughed because he said he understood why I would ask about that. He said that Behringer has made some pretty cheap gear but their amps are top notch. I was impressed with his knowledge of the product and the history and reputation of the company. He did NOT try to make me believe that Behringer makes the greatest gear ever. He just said that the amps are top notch.
The Wow Factor
It's a good looking amp (Looks strangely like the QSC)

I will keep using this amp until it breaks down, then it's back to Carvin.
Sound
Sound quality is great. I use two - one each on 1600 watt 18 custom built subs. I like the built in crossover. I use it all the time. I keep the gain knobs maxed and control the volume we run to the subs using a sub out on the Mackie mixer.
Features
Did not include any accessories other than a power cord, but it's a power amp. The don't come with accessories. Lots of ins and outs on this amp for multiple configs. Speaker protection circuitry and crossover is nice. It seems to be built pretty well. From what I've read, this amp uses the same components that other high dollar amps use.
Ease of Use
Plug it in, turn it up, it's an amp, so there isn't much to it.
Quality
The power switch on mine, out of the box - press it and it turns on, but press it again, and it doesn't turn off. I have to unplug it to power it down. Kind of weird and annoying, but no big deal - it can't be perfect for this price.
Value
Very good product for the price.
Manufacturer Support
Never used them.
The Wow Factor
This model is visually appealling. Looks sleek.

I've used this amp at 4 shows now and wanted to wait until now to write this review... It pushes my JBL jrx125 2x15's with EASE and I'm glad I gave Behringer a shot. I'm looking to buy another to replace my Mackie fr 1400i (for monitors) which is underpowered and over weight compared to this. I may even give the EPQ2000 a shot when it comes out depending on the value of that... either way Behringer did a great job with this piece and I would recommend it to anyone looking to push dual 15 cabs on a budget.
Sound
This amp sounds as good as any other I have ever used
Features
It has plenty of hook up options, even RCA connections which goes unused but I can see how it'd be very helpful in a DJ or home audio setting
Ease of Use
Plug it in, turn it up and you're good!
Quality
It super light compared to other amps I've owned. Though its not as light as some of the newer amps on the market it still weighs half of the amp it replaced. One word, SOLID
Value
You wont find an amp with this much power and modern day features for less period.
Manufacturer Support
no need thus far
The Wow Factor
it looks like a power amp...

"Behringer - Does What I need it to do"

This amp is a pretty sweet amp. Makes me sound good. Very competitive with bigger name amplifiers. No need to pay twice as much for an amplifier. People think the $1 nametag makes one brand better than another.
Sound
The sound is really crisp and clean and produces great lows as well. I would put Behringer right up with most big name amps. For the price you can't beat this amp!!
Features
No accessories, but it's an amplifier. All you need is a manual and power cable. I wish it had dual crossovers so you could use both channels for subs or both channels for highs.
Ease of Use
So simple a child could use it. Just wish it had frequency filters 50hz for full range and 30Hz for subwoofers like the EP2000 and EP4000.
Quality
Seems to be built like a tank, but yet lighter than most amps with the big transformers. I use it for mobile gigs and it seems tough. Time will tell.
Value
Seems like a really good value compared to other amps with this power.
Manufacturer Support
Havn't dealt with the company that made the product, so I can't say good or bad. I've heard they are good, but I havn't had any personal dealings yet.
The Wow Factor
Just a practical addition to my rack, but it looks good and everything feels good on it. The knobs are detented which make it easier to match gain. Switches on back are tight and "click" into each position so you know they are set on.

"Clean power, light weight, 2 ohms, no complaints."

Overall: 4 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
So far we use it to drive monitors and it sounds great with all the power ever needed. We run this thing for hours with no shutdown time. Plenty of circuit protection..I don't see any problems.
Sound
Sound is great for the price. We scoped this on the bench and the specs of 20 to 20K were right on @ 8 ohm load. Power is clean & response is great. Haven't really blasted it to max specs yet, but has plenty of clean power. I would hesitate for low end subs. Yeah there are big names with big prices, but if your a local band/sound company this would work fine.
Features
Built in limiter, crossover & plent of connection options are great, but the 2 ohm stereo is great option a lot of bigger names don't supply. All kinds of circuit protection, IE Shorts, open load, temp etc...
Ease of Use
Plug in, crank up. The manual could be more specific on bridge functions & hook up.
Quality
Seems rock solid. PCB boards soldered as well as other companies. Toshiba components (& others). Found some screws that could've been torgued more to my liking (especially the on/off switch) Minor really.. Also the two gain controls could have been better crafted as the knob markers are off in relation to the panel db markings. But the controls are dented (they "click" a bit when turned) so you can match each side if needed by the turns. Light weight! An amp with this much power that you can carry with one hand!
Value
Can't beat it. 2 ohm capable for under $400. And you can carry it without a back brace..

The Wow Factor
Nice looking, light panel easy to see across stage.
