I use the EP1500 to power up 4 12's and it is pretty cool for a pa system for dj. When I first got it the sound and quality is pretty good. This puppy lets you be heard for about a block and half away. Just make the ohms un your speakers are cool for the EP1500. This power amp rocks!!

9 out of 10Feature:
One problem for home audio use though is the stupid loud fan. I went inside, replaced it with a quiet 80mm fan, and put a resistor in the middle to slow it down where it's silent now. The stock fan runs unnecessarily loud and too fast. If you're filling a stadium with sound, it might get warm, but in most home situations, it doesn't even get the slightest bit warm.
Sound:
This amp has really restored my feelings about how much I love music and good sound reproduction. I know most people on this forum probably use this amp for pro-audio or live sound reproduction, but I use it in my home "audiophile" system. I just replaced a $2000 hi-end audiophile amp with this ridiculously cheap amp, and it sounds better in every respect:
better bass definition, better overall speed and punch, dynamics that seem more like real music, better 3d placement of instruments and voices, and in general, just more musical.
Another comment I want to make is that folks who criticize Behringer for being "cheap" or "lo-end" probably have never even heard their products. I know there's a reputation and history, but if you're spending big bucks on name alone, you're probably wasting a lot of money.

7 out of 10Feature:
This is is great as it included both 30Hz and 50Hz low cut filters which are vital for speaker protection. Includes loads of options to daisy-chain more amp or run inputs in parallel as well as bridge mode. The only thing missing is a level-meter on the front however is does have signal lights. Also, this amp include a peak limiter to prevent speaker damage.
Quality:
For the price excellent! Sturdy metal casing ensures toughness when taking this amp places!
Value:
Excellent amp for a very low price!
Desirability:
I would back loads of these adn trust them for any huge concert!
Sound:
I use one of these amps with my full PA setup and it really does give out 1400W of clear powerful sound! I am a fairly experienced PA engineer and this amp is great! The bass is deep and the mids and highs are very clear! Even at 2ohms it still doesn't give in!
Support:
Behringer have quick good support however ther arn't very in-depth with their replies however if you bug them enough you will get an answer!
Overall:
Excellent amp! Briliant sounds and can be driven HARD and never ever drop quality!

8 out of 10Feature:
I really appreciate the fact that I didn't have to buy a real expensive amplifier to recieve a 30 Hz or a 50 Hz filter to protect my speakers.
Quality:
Good well built product, I haven't seen anything cheap on it. Appears to be built for years of use on the road. I purchased mine as a B-stock item and it looks brand new. The only thing missing was the owner's manual and the product registration card. But went to Behringer.com to download the owner's manual and registered the amplifier online at the same time.
Value:
The best value in the under $300.00 class of amplifier. The most watts and the low cut filters are included. Also, I like the bananna plug outputs on the back of the amplifer.
Desirability:
Nothing breathtaking about an amplifier.
Sound:
Excellent quality sound to all four of my speakers. Sounds as good as my Peavy 2600 which cost me $300.00 more.
Support:
Haven't had to deal with the company with any of the Behringer products that I own. They have all been very dependable and trouble free.
Overall:
I suppose in a few years, I'll need to look for another amp but, this product sets the standard for what I'll be looking for.
