Sound: The unit serves as a good mic but as for a webcam as long as you may have the patience to constantly hold the mic head with the slide out cam pointed at yourself you should be ok. BUT if you dont hold it the esd will be sliding backwards constantly very very poor design. And as for the newer model called the 2.0 wow the push in slide out lens feels total junk, so very sad for a company known for such good hightech mics maufacturing such substandard poor junk just for the greed of the mighty dollar. Feature: comes with decent mini usb cable. Ease of Use: ease of use, lmao you really need a second person to just hold it in place. Quality: sad very sad Value: Mic works well, as long as you may have a good close friend to hold it for you all day aimed where you need it, it then may work for you. Manufacturer Support: first of all they never return emails, phone calls, then they pretend that they are not even in possession anymore of your return defective goods, they are really the modern days jesse james without the gun. The Wow Factor: it doesnt look bad but upon inspection its very depressing. Overall: im looking for a newer unit already had the 1.0, now the 2.0 both are completely very substandard, the 2.0 feels way junkier.
