If I still traveled alot,I would upgrade. But this thing works well and didn't bust the budget. All things the same I would replace if fried or stolen.we play in rooms 300 people or less.
Sound
Quiet in XLR balanced .Have not used it any other way.
Features
No accessories.Best feature are the frequency lights on each channel and the +-6 and +-12 selector.
Ease of Use
Read the manual.it's easy
Quality
well built but not for pro road use.shock mounted maybe semi-pro.Weekenders absolutely good to go.
Value
They make a product, without an inflated retail price so they can sell it for half off and you think you're getting a deal.it's a 300.00 EQ thats worth every penny.you know your situation and if you need a 800.00 eq don't buy this one.if you need a good eq and don't have the tools to measure a room, get this one.
Manufacturer Support
These guys make good stuff. No problems with their product for years.
The Wow Factor
Sex appeal?you got to be kidding!technically its an EQ!!!!enough said.

I Purchased it for my audio system at home because I need to keep my system balanced. It doesn't sound as good as the Ashly it replaced which was the same price. However, the Ashly developed a hiss problem. Pressing the buttons with the volume turned up can sometimes cause a "popping" sound so turn the volume down before pressing them. It doesn't always happen, but better safe than sorry. I am really not that impressed with the sound quality. My system actually sounds better without it. I bought it to enhance the lows and the highs. It does work well for the lows, but the highs sound better in the bypass mode than with the EQ engaged. It does appear to be well made and very solid. It is dead quiet. The XLR inputs don't lock in place. You are not likely to pull it out in a home system, but on the road, it could be pulled out if someone trips on the wire or if the unit is pulled forward with no slack left on the cord. I like the fact that the sliders are lit-up so you can see what position they are in when the room is dimly lit. I wish more companies would do this. I would like to be able to switch the filters out of the signal path. But it can't be done.
