Feature:
The iPod has hundreds of different accesories you can buy to use with it. A standard iPod comes with a Firewire cord, a USB 2.0 cord, an AC adapter, a carrier to slip the iPod into that gives you a handy belt clip, all the neccesary software needed to use it, (iTunes 4.8 etc.) a full one year warranty, a manual, and of coarse, the signature earbud Apple headphones. It comes with everything ready to use, all you have to have is a computer that is able to open iTunes. The iPod also has a calender and self-setting clock built in.
Quality:
Apple has always made beautiful products, that aren't cheap. It's no different with the iPod. The worst aspect of the quality would have to be that it- well, I can't really think of anything.
Value:
It is a very well made product that won't crap out on me... ...maybe ever.
Desirability:
The iPod is the best music player out there. Everyone else is trying to copy Apple or trying something new (boldly) that usually doesn't have any appeal what-so-ever. The world was waiting fo the perfect music player, and now it's here with the iPod.
Sound:
The sound is as good as the speakers you provide. If you have awesome speakers, the iPod matches that with awesome sound.
Support:
Apple is rated number one with service in all aspects. I have never needed help from Apple, because there hasn't been anything wrong.
Overall:
I will be satisfied with this product until they make a 60GB one that is selling for less then the 6GB one that I bought is. The only time I would replace it is to buy it's bigger brother in two years or so. I like the ease of use and the huge variety of accesories for it the most, and I like the steep price the least. But hey, if you want quality, it's going to cost you. And this is quality.
