Antares Tube Model Plugin Customer Review

I just wanted to let everyone know that this product is well worth the money. I am using a behringer mixer which has a rather crappy "invisible mic preamp" built into it. It pretty much just sounds direct, and I use no other mic preamp. This thing really brought my tracks to life. It adds great dimension to your tracks and really drives your plugin signal chain compressors. You can really see your compressors working as they should. Just make sure that you put this plugin as the FIRST THING IN YOUR SIGNAL CHAIN if you are running it serial and not paralell. Doing so further emulates how a preamp would normally be placed. This thing is not going to replace an avalon but it sounds pretty damn good, especially on some previously non-preamped tracks.
