Sound
it is a very good practice amp. Better than a few others I have played or owned. Suprising low end sound for an 8". I wish I would have got this one first...
Features
Great features...I didnt realize it had an imput for both an active and passive bass. The backside has hook ups for effects/pedals. Not that I even use effects on the bass, but at least it has that and I could plug right into a studio board with this amp. THE ONLY REASON I DIDNT GIVE IT A NINE or ten is the MP3 hook up is not just a line in it is a Y-cable that has a cd (red/white) av cord with a plug into the MP3. But you can buy one on Amazon for $4. So I guess I dont have to keep borrowing the one from my little iPod Stereo. Love the tilt back feature.
Ease of Use
Very easy to use...self explanitory.
Quality
Seems to be made very well.
Value
Very good value at under $100, my opinion is that it is better than the Fender and Line 6 $100 combo amps.
Manufacturer Support
not really applicable. But ZZ Sounds sent me several emails on the tracking. Good job to keep track of when my stuff would arrive
The Wow Factor
wanted to have an ampeg and this is a good start.

"Great!!! Got to get it...at least try it"

Overall: 5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
I don't see any reason to replace. I think I can use this for practice or even in small setting.
Features
I like everything about it. I wish it was a hard grill but that is minor and knew what it was when I bought it. I will say that it is slightly off balance when tilted back and will wobble a little. We have on carpet and have to be careful not to bump. To make stable I will get a tilt stand, but then why would the cabinet need to lean...only thing I am disappointed on.
Value
Sounds great and clear. Feels like I paid for a much higher end unit.
Manufacturer Support
I haven't needed to reach out to them so no way to tell how good the support is. Assume I will not need to.
The Wow Factor
Only reason for it not being a ten is it is your standard black and silver. I think they need more color on these. Like I said about the grill not being metal, it is still pretty nice looking.

This little thing has impressed me and some more. It has everything needed for practicing/rehearsing even when you want to do it quietly. And it has some punch too!

"Warning!!!!!"

Waist of money! Would fit right in if it was sold in Wallyworld.
Sound
Over all the amp gave out a really nice sound. Small speaker did what it was meant and could.
Features
Like the features, specially the mp3 input.
Quality
Here's where the problem comes in. I bought the amp so I can practice and also use it as a monitor. Right about when the warranty ran out I started hearing a hum in a speaker. I plugged my bass in different amps to make sure that my instrument is working properly and it is. Doesn't matter what I do there is still that hum. You can really hear it when you plug in to PA system. Oh, almost forgot....first I plugged in to PA system there was NO sound at all. Come to find out "output" wasn't even connected in to circuit board in the amp.....how do you like that!!!!!!
