Feature:
This does exactly what you want it to do, nothing less, and (not really a bad thing) nothing more. It's got all the familiar options that you would find on any other amp.
Quality:
Overall, the amp is pretty well made. On mine, there's a little wear and tear on the handle and cover, but that's partially because of mishandling. It's the kind of amp I could sit there and beat on repeatedly seeing how many hours it would take to break. As other people said, it's built like a tank.
Value:
You get what you pay for, that's all I really have to say.
Desirability:
When I first got the amp, it wasn't really into the build of it, but it's grown on me over time.
Sound:
It sounds great! I'm a grungy/garage rock type bassist, and it caters to my style. Even at full volume, you won't have to worry about crackling or anything odd.
Ease of Use:
I didn't have any problems trying to use the amp. That's saying something, considering I got it without a manual. As long as you know what you're doing and what does what, you'll get the sound you want.
Support:
I haven't dealt with the company, so I scored it in the middle.
Overall:
I play for a band, and expect (and hope) for it to last for a long time. I really don't see any reason for me to have to buy another amp for a couple years.
