Sound: Thought I had made a good deal cost wise, but the more I played it the more I liked it especially compared to others in this range. Feature: Pick ups worked better than I hoped, tuners are solid Ease of Use: Throw it up on your leg and jam! Quality: I had a couple of minor scratches on the back so I was able to get a bit off the price, but other than that and some very minor fret buzzing....it is great looking from top to bottom. Value: PRice for performance, can't beat this one Manufacturer Support: never had to... The Wow Factor: Nothing fancy, just good at what it does. Overall: I expect to use htis for 8-10 years, probably hand off to my son at some point.

Sound: A little buzzing from the frets but only if its tuned where the strings are not tight enough on tune.I tune to C so it works out fine for me. Feature: NO Ease of Use: Very playable.Sounds great for my style. Quality: this guitar seems so far to be holding up well so far My last guitar was a Carlos acoustic and it lasted for 27 years.I hope to have the same lasting relationship with my Alvarez. Value: for sure. Manufacturer Support: no service needed so fare. The Wow Factor: very good looking appealing guitar. Overall: I hope to play this guitar for many years.Like wine the sound gets sweeter as time goes on.If its like my Carlos we will bond together in our music as one and play on for many more years.If it were lost or stolen I would replace it.The only thing I wish I knew before I bought it was how good it sounded and how good it played along the fret board.The playability is great.I tried many more expensive guitars which didn't play or sound as good.I have a good feeling for this one.

Sound: the sound is amazing and so is everything else. but, for me there was major fret buzz so keep that in mind Feature: built-in tuner, good electronics, pickup is out of the way Ease of Use: amazingly easy to play Quality: solid wood top, mahogany backs and sides, mine has a sunburst finish and is doing great Value: YES!!!! You should buy it!!! Manufacturer Support: i haven't needed it The Wow Factor: im not sure Overall: 8-10 years

Sound: Nice guitar overall, Ive had it for a couple months and its great. Feature: The only bad thign about it was the volume controls on the top came loose and i had to get new screws to secure it in better Ease of Use: easy to use, great sound Quality: nice quality, but not the greatest Manufacturer Support: i needed a repair, but i had no contact with the company

Sound: sounds great, my wif loves it only it buzzes if im within 4 ft of my amp Feature: its basic but for the money its fine Ease of Use: bit disapointed the action is really high on it so when switching between guitars its a bit of a bind Quality: bought it to replace a harmony sovereign acoustic i bought 20 years ago. its nice but i dont know doesnt really do it for me. stock strings were dirty too Value: it says that the rrp for this was over £500.00 if it had been i wouldnt still have it it would have gone straight bcak Manufacturer Support: havent dealt with them The Wow Factor: really put off by the action but it does sound good Overall: i'll keep it until i get a bit better then get something better
