Feature:
I don't know what else you could ask for in the electronics package... It comes with an on board tuner, 3 band EQ, and plenty of other controls to help tweak the sound if/when you plug in for a gig.
Quality:
The tuners are solid, the neck is square and flush to the body, and my model came with no visible blemishes at all.
Value:
For the money, you simply won't find a better 12 string acoustic guitar.
Desirability:
It's Jumbo. It's got a cutaway. It's got 12 strings... if that doesn't make your heart skip a beat, well, I'm sad for you.
Sound:
Simply put, with a set of fresh strings on this bad boy... the tone is loud, crisp, with the perfect balance of solid lows, clear mids, and sharp highs.
Ease of Use:
It's an acoustic... if you know how to play, well, this guitar treats you right.
Support:
Have not had to contact their support site for anything, but I was able to download a comprehensive pdf for the electronics package, which was very helpful!
Overall:
I did a lot of research, and played every single 12 string I could get my hands on before finding this gem. While lower end 12 strings had a murky muddy sound, or a shrill shriek on the high end, this guitar was the ONLY one under 1000 bucks that had the balance of tone I was looking for. The fretboard is thick, but not uncomfortable. The guitar has a good balance to it weight wise, and the on board electronics allow you to get the perfect tone when you need to plug it in. Simply put, you won't find a better 12 string for your money anywhere else.
