Feature:
The electronics on this guitar are outstanding, they are extremely flexible. The mid and high frequency knobs are great. What they do is focus on a particular section of sound (frequency, waves you know) and emphasize that particular region. The only reson why I gave it a nine instead of a ten is because my finish has some waves in it, but you can only see them if you really try; otherwise this is a beautiful guitar.
Quality:
The Quality is pretty good, the only problem i had with mine was the waves in my finish, but it's no biggie. My other Alvarez guitar was perfect. I am sure that this guitar will last many many years, possibly even more than I do, I'll give it my great grandson or something.
Value:
The value of this thing is awesome, i went to Guitar Center in Knoxville, Tn and played a thousand dollar Cordoba and my- at the time- 450 dollar AC60SC sounded way better than the Cordoba. Great guitar this is.
Desirability:
It's a beautiful instrument, the wood is beautiful and it has sexy curves.
Sound:
This instrument is amazing. It is my third guitar, I also have an Alvarez RD8C, and a Deluxe Player's Strat(sapphire blue). The AC60SC sounds amazing, I searched far and wide for a classical, Cordoba, Ibanez, Fender, Taylor, Martin, you name it. I chose this guitar because it just sounds beautiful. Very warm all around, it sounds great if you're picking or strumming. Jack Johnson, Mason Williams, Tommy Emmanuel, Chet, it does not matter what you play, it sounds great.
Ease of Use:
Once again the electronics are great, just play around with them when your guitar is plugged in and you will easily learn what the knobs do.
Support:
I contacted them once about my other guitar and it was great
Overall:
This is a great instrument all around, i expect to use it for many years to come. If I break it, I will buy another.
