Sound: I am one of the board operators at my church and this board is all it say it is. It does whet it say it can do. If you take the time and view the video teaching session and apply what you've learned, you'll be a good operator. This board has done so much for our sound at church. I highly recommend it for all churches and medium to large venues. Feature: Only needs built in effects. But external effects going from the sends and returns are beautiful. Ease of Use: VERY EASY!!!!!!!!!!! The manual is good, but the video is better. Our instruments sound very good with this board. Quality: The craftsmanship is good. Constructed well. We don't have any problems. This board will last a long as it's operators who understand it will last. Value: Worht every dime!!!!!!!!!!!! Manufacturer Support: The company that did the install was very easy to contact and they are very good in answering any questions we have. The Wow Factor: Yes, Yes, and Yes to all. Overall: Forever.
