Easy to use, easy to adjust, great reverb unit for the price. I have it hooked up to both a 1991 Roland Synth, and 1996 Lowrey Celebration organ. What a difference it makes layered over the internal reverbs of these units. An easy upgrade for sound enhancement. Plenty of basic features for the amature and home player.

Low cost, nice sound. But it for the reverbs (which sound really good), the rest of the effects are adequate at best. Ideal for a PA rig.

Good value for the buck, but you'll be happier with the Lexicon MPX 100 or MPX 500. Parameters can be edited but not into anything very usefull. Reverb is not bad and delay is OK, but limiting. Chorus, Flange, Leslie all stink for guitar...may sound better on a vocal or keyboard. Not good for live use, buy one for your 4 track if anything....even then, I would still recommend Lexicon gear over Alesis.

zZounds has verified that this customer bought this product from us.
Bought from this website and tried it. Didn't like it. I couldn't get a good variety of reverbs out of it - they all sounded very similar. You cannot combine effects, which I didn't like. What I did like is that this company accepted it back and credited by card very quickly.

Desirability:
Throw it in the trash.

Sound:
This thing is cheap! I've owned mine for years cause I couldn't afford anything better. I hate it. Its like a crazy person. When you turn it on - you never what you are gonna get. When it does work sometimes it causes hum all over my system or at any moment it just stops working. Alesis is not known for high quality stuff.
