Feature:
Easy to use. Each pre-programmed effect has a page or pages of parameters that can be fine-tuned to yor preference. It is certainly WAY MORE than enough for my purposes.
Quality:
Looks to be well made, and can probably hand life on the road. I will install in my studio, and it will stay put- an easy life for a piece of equipment that can obciously handle the rigors of the road.
Value:
This is a lot of processing power for the money. Easy to use, great form factor, fabulous sounds- all under $200. Hard to imagine!
Desirability:
I had to have it. I have used Alesis products in the past, and have always been impresed by their bang-for-the-buck. This is not an exception.
Sound:
There a a variety of presets that offer an excellent starting point for editing you own sound. The various effects are amazing- from subtle to exagerrated, you can cover the entire range with simple adjustment. Compares favorably with anything I can find in the VST world, yet off-loads mu computer's CPU and expands adjustability by virtue of being an external device.
Ease of Use:
I found it extremely intuitive, and was able to get up and running without even opening tha manual. Once I did read the manual, all features and benefits became very clear. I get full use out of the feature set.
Support:
My only interface has been the user's manual and on-line support. The manual is fantastic, whereas the web site lacks the easy maneuverablilty of the best.
