10 out of 10Feature:
I would have liked it to have two switches, one being on/off and the other being the mute switch. It is hard to find the center (mute) position of the 3 way switch. Needs to be more intuitive as to how to use it by karaoke singers and guest speakers who are unfamiliar with the product.
Quality:
Dropped on cement floor from 5 feet up and no problem resulted. Not even a scratch.
Value:
Strong on value per dollar.
Desirability:
The look professional and attractive. Has a non plastic feel, somewhat rubberized.. Feels good to use.
Sound:
Great sound. Using with B-52 2000 and B-52 1000. Terrific for karaoke.
Support:
No experience.

10 out of 10Feature:
Is delivered with 2x AA batteries and two shockmounts for on stage.
Quality:
They look as good as they sound. The handheld is not from metal, but has a grip of soft plastic. Handling noise is reasonable.
Value:
For its prize they are amazing. Get them!
Desirability:
They look and are really professional and good.
Sound:
Great natural realistic sound without distortion. Vocals are really clear as we already expect from AKG! I love them and use them next to 2 Shure SM 58.
Ease of Use:
Plug it in and ready, frequency ready!
Support:
I have not dealt with the company.
Overall:
I choose this pair of AKG´s because the Shure Wireless Mics were too expensive. So this is a good bargain with real AKG sound (so quality!)
