Sound: Compared to the Nady and TOA systems these are replacing, this thing is great! Clarity is excellent and range is outstanding. No hiss! Feature: Came with Guitar cord - won't use it often, but it's there when you need it. Also works great. Side panels are not installed, which is nice. The only thing I'd like them to add is the clip to hold 2 units together. A nice touch is the adjustment tools which come with the unit. Quality: Clean layout, well built, great sound, nothing more needs to be said. Value: Compared to other units I have used, some costing 4 times as much, this unit is a slam-dunk. While it doesn't have some of the bells and whistles, like frequency readout, you rarely need that stuff anyway. Only thing that would make it a better value would be switchable channels, but at this price, who's complaining? The Wow Factor: Don't know what's sexy about a wireless mic that just works great, but if you need one that won't set you back a fortune, this is it! Overall: If it doesn't break, I'll keep it and use it. It does exactly what I bought it for.

Sound: I use this wireless system in a classroom environment. The sound quality is excellent for voice, and the omnidirectional lapel mic is very sensitive. The only dificulty I've had is having to learn to be aware of my proximity to the speakers. Feedback has surprised me and my class a couple of times. Quality: I like the way this system is put together. Comparing it to another system I had (which is why I now own this), it is very well built. Examples: wires are supported where they enter components to minimize wiggle that might cause them to break; the transmitter belt clip is wire instead of plastic. Value: Yes! As mentioned above, I had another system that cost about the same but was inferior. I'm happy with the cost of this. Manufacturer Support: I rate this a 7 based solely on the support I've gotten from the retailer, which has been excellent. I can't speak for the manufacturer. The Wow Factor: For me, this is purely utilitarian. Perhaps with the C444L mic, it would be more "sexy." Overall: So long as this system works, I'll keep it. It serves my purposes very well. I have no need to improve upon it!

Sound: Sound is ok for wireless. Feature: Squelcher and mic gain are poorly designed plastic screws. Quality: Cosmetics are fine but it is made in China, not Austria - where most of AKG's products are made. The reiceiver unit is very light-weight and feels cheap. Value: Better value than all the other units of this type and price range.
