Feature:
Control your unit with your equipment virtually from your computer. Very Nice! My S5000 obselete to some but given a new lease on life.

Value:
Best price anywhere!

Desirability:
Like I said this gave a new lease on my S5000.

It doesn't create any...

Haven't needed it yet.

Overall:
I can't and won't part with add-on being I've waited for months due to the high demand for this product which is amazing since this model was considered to be discountinued. And thanks to the AKAI USB I don't have a need to use a software sampler unless I'm using Reason, but I don't have to worry about maxing out my memory in order to run everything on my PC.

Does exactly what it's supposed to...it enables the S5000 to talk to a computer via ak.sys.

Quality:
If you don't have one for your S5k/6k, you're missing out on 75% of the functionality.

Support:

This is probably the best add-on to any piece of studio gear I have purchased. It makes my job so much easier, faster, allows for easy editing of samples on my PC and then fast easy Program, Multi and Sample set up on the S5000. This is a must for any Akai S5000/S6000 owner who uses the Computer allot for working on samples.
