Sound: Very clear and quiet! Feature: Simple and easy to use control panel. Quality: Very good quality. Does not feel cheap like many other products do. Value: Can't get the quality with cheaper products. Manufacturer Support: Very friendly and interested in helping. Overall: If you are wanting to record at home and need a quality way to get your stuff into your computer, this is the way to go!

Sound: WOW! Quality circuitry. Ultra quiet / great signal-to-noise ratio! Feature: Had everything I wanted except for a volume knob for the headphones output. Quality: Hands down the most durable and well-built breakout box/interface I have ever touched. The mic pre-amps / connections are solid and free of noise. Value: eh... Manufacturer Support: AWFUL DRIVERS !!! Incredible sound card, but it's worthless if the company does not make dynamic and up-to-date drivers. This soundcard will probably be fine for someone just using Cool Edit Pro (adobe audition) or a simple mult-track recording program. But if you use lots of soft synths and sequencing programs (fruity loops, rebirth, live, reason, etc...) then DO NOT PURCHASE THIS SOUNDCARD. You have been warned. I contacted customer support. They never replied. The Wow Factor: I returned the card and bought an M-Audio product instead. Overall: for guitar/vocal musicians who want to lay down tracks with a simple multi-track recording program.

Sound: Great pre-amp sound. Take advantage of the extremely low noise on pre-amps and combine it with a Mic with low self noise (Rode NT1000), and you'll get a ton of intimacy and detail. Of course, this is with a little EQ and there. But that's the beauty of it. The ultra low noise, really makes the process of using some EQ shine on an NT1000. Feature: I wish the headphone output had volum control. Would be nice if they offered the H-Z guitar inputs too, like on the Q10. Gigastudio compatible! Quality: Extremely durable. Who else would have thought of inputs that accept both XLR and 1/4 ? Totally awesome sound quality. Value: It's still a bit pricy for a product that is getting relatively old in tech terms (more than 3.5 years old now, I believe.) Still, there's nothing else like it on the market. Overall: It will be my main unit for quite a long time!
