Feature: The shoulder strap seems durable. The only thing that would have made it a 10 is a bigger accessories pouch, but this is a NICE bag! Ease of Use: Open the bag, insert the amp, zip it up. If you can't handle that, why are you playing guitar? Quality: Seems really well made. I'm using it to carry my amp to small gigs. Seems like it will last a long time. Manufacturer Support: Haven't needed it. The Wow Factor: Makes carrying everything to a gig just a little easier. Throw this bag over one shoulder, my "everything" bag over the other shoulder, and grab my instrument cases. One trip from the car. Overall: Like I said, ease of use, ease at gigs, durable bag. Well worth it.
