"Gorgeous sound. Cheap veneer finish. Not as "Loud" as they claim."

I like it, when practical, it will be my main amp for acoustic playing.

Sound
Very nice sound. I typically would rather play my acoustic unplugged. This amp actually is encouraging to plug in to, the sound is inspirational, rather than the usual "uh oh I am plugging my acoustic guitar into an amp and it will now sound poopy," -- this thing sounds awesome and is fun to plug into.

Features
The line out also worked well for recording. Normally I would record an acoustic with a mic, and ideally using both mic'd and direct signal, but direct signal typically didnt sound good, until I tried the line out on this ZT amp.

Ease of Use
I haven't used it much, but my first impression of the feedback eliminator control is it took some clarity away, which ruined the great sound this amp has. I either need to find that balance, or just use the amp in a situation where it's not going to feed back. I don't think it is as loud as it is touted to be. If you are going to play a gig with this Amp you will likely need to plug the line out into the PA and use the amp for a monitor, which you probably still won't heard over all the other intruments. My vocals sound great through this amp. The signal you send to PA will be outstanding.

Quality
It's a tight solid product, but has veneer finish. I don't know what happened because I was very careful with my brand new read more amp taking it to a little jam session to try it out, but it somehow developed a chip by the carrying handle where the veneer started to come off. Lukily the piece of veneer was still hanging there so I was able to super glue it back in place and it's not noticable at all, like it didn't happen. Otherwise it would have been one little light jam session and it's blemished. So -- I would say the veneer isn't so tough, be careful not to bump it or let a cord hit it or something.

Value
I think it should have been $100 less.

Manufacturer Support
I haven't had to use support.

The Wow Factor
I was mostly interested in something that is loud enough and lightweight. It's lightweight, 12 lbs, but unless you are playing solo, probably not going to be loud enough to be heard over other heavy equipment that someone else was willing to lug to the jam/gig. For the price you pay for this amp, it should be something you can gig with.
