Sound: The sound is absolutely incredible. Even sounds better than the A series crash cymbals I own. Feature: n/a Ease of Use: Um, just hit it, it is a cymbal. Quality: K series crashes are unbelievable, I used to think the A series were the best quality, but after I heard this cymbal, I use it more than the rest of my cymbals. Value: Although they are K's,,,,they could come down in the price, but still worth it thought. Manufacturer Support: Really didn't need support. The Wow Factor: It's zildjian,,,and this is the top of the line, can't get much better,,,unless they were free. Overall: After hearing the sound, I'll definitely get at least one more of this brand.

Sound: After upgrading from a ZBT to a ZHT, I hadn't seen the best Zildjian had to offer. Although those cymbals sounded good, this thing is frigging amazing. Its warm, dark sound is perfect for almost any kind of music, from Jazz to metal. It is just plain beautiful. Feature: Its a cymbal, so it doen't really need to come with any thing but that. Ease of Use: Even If you just tap this cymbal, it sounds like a gift from God. Hit it like you are supposed to, and it is 20x better. Quality: This cymbal is the definition of good quality. It is hand hammered, so you know it is made well. I don't have the slightest worry that it will crack, unlike my old ZBT and ZHT. But one thing, it easily gets finger prints on it, but thes come off with a simple wipe of a tissue. Value: It is slightly pricy, but so is a block of pure gold. (You get my point right?) Manufacturer Support: I have never needed to contact them for support. The Wow Factor: I am not the biggest fan of the non-glossy look, but the hand hammered thing looks sick. And the fact that it can easily get finger prints is a bummer. Overall: This is a must have for almost any serious drummer. You cannot beat Zildjian quality, and this is even better than most other products from them. It sounds great for almost any genre or playing style of music.
