The product is what it is - a box of commodity priced accessories, with a 2 year extended warrantee. The EW is worth almost the price of the kit; the bundle was very well priced. The kicker is that ZZounds has made the purchase a no brainer. I'd buy there again - this product or any other - all other things being equal, these folks to a great job, perform as promised, and deliver great value.

This section is N/A. This was a gift for my young son's 3rd birthday. He opened the box, but never used the headphones - neither did I.

This section is N/A. We're returning the entire purchase only because my son's intrest in the drum set (DD-65) was less than expected. The box contained all the expected paperwork (extended warrantee), discs, headphones, and AC power adapter, all in perfect condition.

Ease of Use
There's nothing hard about DVDs, headphones or power adapters.

Quality
The package arrived in perfect condition and the contents all appeared new and unopened. The only issue, which is really a non-issue, is that the box was listed as a warehouse reseal. However, when it arrived, the box was not sealed in any way.

Honestly, I'd have to say ZZounds provides great products at the best prices I found anywhere - and I looked around. I'm looking for a Godin guitar (godinguitars.com). Unfortunately, they don't carry… read more Godin instruments, otherwise I'd probably be buying it there too!
