Feature:
You'll have to buy the survival kit one, to get AC adapter, 2 year warranty, yamaha pedal, and earphones plus some rebates from yamahagear.com I haven't tried them all, I just fascinated with the grand piano sounds. Excellent tools for begineers. Plus some others for advanced players.
Quality:
I use it on the road, obviously there's no keyboard build as a PA speakers or PA amp, you'll have to take care with a good case. I bought a hard case with wheels for it. Have to move to my church to practice and play twice a week and it fits perfectly in my honda civic 04.
Value:
Nothing like this, for the price you won't find anything better
Desirability:
Good rounded shapes, I love gray over the black. It's a little bit bulky on the back.
Sound:
High quality piano sounds. Sound is pretty expressive, I found it compatible with several music styles as: techno, pop, merengue, classical. Compare with other products below $500 range, simply no comparison, I found yamaha as the only one with true piano sounds.
We're going alive for church songs and they perform excellent. I haven't tried recording. PA tested with this keyboard: ALesis sumo 300.
Support:
Not really, heard they have a good tech support.
Overall:
I've been using this baby for 3 months. Would upgrade when become a master player in 2 years for a Yamaha P250 piano keyboard. Currently it meets our musical goals for live sessions and recording as well.

Feature:
Useful features: usb port, stereo output, mmc slot, it's not as big and heavy as its dgx505 brother, so I don't have to break my back. Lcd screen is excellent, support for karaoke files but not kar files (you'll need to get a psr1500 for that). Basic recording features. Supports xg lite only. Currently it's more than enough for me. If you're are looking for full XG support get the PSR 1500 or P90(cost twice the price)
Quality:
Looks pretty well constructed.
Value:
You won't find anything better for the price. Give you a try before to buy it, don't believe everything I say, listen yourself and you'll notice that Nothing compares(under $500)with yamaha piano sounds.
Desirability:
Don't expect motif sounds from this one, however it's piano sounds stands out from the competitors.
Sound:
High Quality Sounds, Real Piano sounds, in this price range $500 there's nothing better, It performs great in my church sessions, I carry this one to my practice lessons, and fulfill my current requirements will upgrade later probably in 2 years. Keys are not full weight however keys are sensitive and have an excellent touch rensponse. Tested with crate kxb15, roland kc-150 and alesis sumo 300 amps. it plays amazing with any of these all depends how many people have to cover.
Ease of Use:
Easy, easy, easy...Have a leaning mode for beginners.
Support:
I haven't dealt with them. fortunately!!
Overall:
Best for the buck
