The fit of the headphones is excellant so that noise canceling is unnessary, This feature avoids the cross modulation suseptability inherent in noise canceling circuits. Value: The cost is about one forth of typical complet headset w/mic. Manufacturer Support: Very fast order turnaround The Wow Factor: It provides all the technical advantages at 1/4th the cost. Overall: I will wear it out and then replace it
