First off, a gig bag does not offer the protection of a hard shell case. Now, having said that, this is a high quality item with a good amount of padding. The zippers aren't light and flimsy like on some I've seen. It has shoulder straps should you want to wear it and keep your hands free. The two exterior pockets offer enough space for a strap or sheet music. This is my second of this particular item. I had one to hold a full size classical that I sold. When I recently bought a 3/4 size Cordoba Cadete, there was no question as to which gig bag I would purchase for it. The bag holds the 3/4 model nicely with not much wiggle room. If your needs are limited to storage in the house or carrying around town, this will work for you. If you're traveling, invest in a hardshell case.

Been playing since 1979. Gigging days are over, now just jam in home studio.
