"Crisp clean sound with a warm resonance very comfortable design and total value for money. AAA+++ product"

Feature:
the wood is good quality for its construction. The pre amp pick up is real quality and playing it through a pa is an experience as my other classical is only acoustic

Value:
very good value for money

Sound:
It was a pleasure playing this guitar for the 1st time, i also own a predo seuz and the sound and playability was second to none. But i must say the sound quality of the Washburn is beautifull. i love it

Support:
i have not dealt with the company

Overall:
if the guitar was no longer in my possesion for whatever reason i would probably purchase a Dean classical ( as i've always wanted to try one)
