This is my 3rd bass from Zzounds and Everything has been great until this bass came along. Upon receiving it i was out of town for a few of weeks so I didn't get too play it or even check it out. I was really looking forward to this Bass. When returning home, I opened it and noticed the strings were really dirty and it was not in a factory sealed bag or anything just kind of wrapped up in plastic? Not that big of a deal I thought. I bought this thing to play right. Obviously someone had played it before or it was a showroom model. I played one gig with it and noticed it was not staying in tune very well. Figured I just had to get it wired. I bought a really nice hardshell case for it and after playing it a couple more times went back to my Breedlove Acoustic as it was just not working out for me. I took it out of the case after a while and noticed the strings were really high off the neck Then noticed what appears to be a crack in the neck right at the headstock. My fault for not looking at this or noticing it right away and by the time I did my return time was up with zZounds. My fault I know this. No problem just call Washburn and they will fix ya up. When I called Washburn I was treated like crap to put it bluntly. The guy told me I obviously dropped it or something and they would not do anything for me. I offered to send pictures or anything and was basically told to just go get it fixed somewhere. This bass has Never been dropped by me and has only been played a few times. read more Well I still have it sitting here in an expensive hardshell case not being used. I know one thing and that is I will NEVER buy another Washburn Product EVER again.
