Fits most American/Japanese drums with 12-24 threads except Sonor products with a slotted head tension rod.

TightScrews are made specifically to solve your detuning problems. It is a very common problem among heavy hitters but other players experience it too due to the die-cast hoops, tube lugs or highly tensioned heads all of which transfer more vibration. TightScrews feature a narrow slot filled with a hard nylon material which increases the friction and surface area and helps to prevent detuning. TightScrews are available in 1 5/8 and 2 inch lengths in a package of 10.

TightScrews will fit most American and Japanese drums with 12-24 threads but not Sonor products with a slotted head tension rod. However they do fit Sonor products fitted with standard 12-24 thread tension rods.
