Incredible piece of gear that does EXACLTY as promised. The newer version has done away with the need for a wall wort and the volume/gain feature. I have the newer version of the Duplicator (v.II) , and I can attest firsthand that not having to deal with volume adjustments (more like level adjustments.. green, yellow, red) is much preferred. I am in a 3 piece hardcore thrash punk band that is EXTREMELY loud due to.. well, that's the way it should be, shouldn't it?? Yes. The drummer hits hard, and we compensate - if I'm honest. Anyhow, we all sing at least back-ups with myself taking most leads. This pedal with even the base level SM58 will do wonders for your place in the mix, base-level effx. (reverb/delay), and keeping you together and LESS pitchy, if you will. I have not seen a single video or written review for this effect with regard to a band such as mine where the vocals can go from being sung to intense screams (not screamo..don't get it confused now) and gang vox. If you want it, get it. These also work very well without the tone button engaged. You still get the delays/reverbs and correction without the tone button on. Very well thought out little masheen, man.
