i was a little leary ordering from them the first time. was nervous about shipping such an expensive guitar without having any damage to it. guitar showed up exactly when it was supposed to and is flawless. very happy with my purchase.only thing i did not like was how long it took for them to update the order status.was told it shipped earlier in the day but status did not update until later that night. All in all was a very good but (nerve-racking) experience. very happy
