Slightly bigger than a Baby Taylor but just shy of a full-size guitar, the Big Baby is ideal for easy-playing, great-sounding guitar fun. Sporting a solid Spruce top, sturdy laminate back and sides, and genuine Taylor craftsmanship, the Big Baby is pure acoustic bliss. Learn More...

Feature:
the gig bag that comes with the guitar is great. i flew all over europe with it and because of the extra padding and stiffness i never had a problem checking it. also, the strings it ships with are great. i'm now hooked on elixirs. about 2 months after i bought the guitar someone sat down to play it and after about 1 minute he looked up, smiled and said, "new strings!" little did he know.
Quality:
i have noticed no flaws in the construction. granted, it's a less expensive guitar and you can tell that they cut corners in many areas like aesthetics and the bolt on neck, but i feel they put the value where it counts.
Value:
i believe it's the best cheap acoustic you can buy.
Desirability:
i constant find myself drawn to the guitar. it's so great for fingerpicking and just jamming out.
Sound:
the guitar has a beautiful sound that is slighty cheap sounding...in a good way. it has a sort of boxy bluesiness to it that i really like a lot. as far as expressiveness goes, i think it's fantastic. i feel it has tons more range than many other acoustics i've tried.
Support:
no need for support yet.
Overall:
i really could not be more happy with the purchase. i can't believe how cheap it was for what i got.

Feature:
It is an acoustic guitar- there are no extras with a standard flat top.
Quality:
Would love to own this guitar with a sharp finish. It has a rather plain satin finish.
Sound:
The sound of this instrument is exceptional. I was very pleased with this guitar. I have been playing for many years. I own Gibson, Fender, and Yamaha guitars. I feel this little Taylor has sound that rivals my Gibson J50. I really like the size of the guitar- it is light and easy
to use. The tonal quality and sound "knocked my socks off" when I first tuned it and played it. Then I tried to record some songs with it where I had to pick out a lead in the middle of the song- it was amazing. The only thing I would like to improve is the looks of the instument. It is rather plain looking, but then, you only pay $400. for it. I think Taylor could doll the Big Baby up somewhat and sell it for a much higher price. The old saying of don't judge a book by its cover surely applies to this guitar. If looks aren't paramount with you, this is a real deal.
Support:
I have never had to make a complaint, but the Taylor company answers email punctually.
