Sound: Great sounds, great projection, great sustain. In the music store where I bought this guitar, it sounded better than other Taylor and Martin guitars in the store costing two to three times as much. In fact, the store owner saw me trying out the numerous acoustic guitars in the acoustic room and said this particular Taylor 210 sounded better than almost all of the other guitars and he was right. I have seen expensive guitars sound so-so and mid-range guitars sound great. I have also seen two guitars with the same model number and components sound very different, too. I would recommend that the buyer get the feel of the guitar and hear the sound of the guitar before buying it. Just because a guitar has a famous name on it and is expensive does not guarantee that it will sound great. Feature: This guitar has the features that you would expect and all that are needed. The guitar appears to be well made. I did have the saddle lowered so it would be easier to play. Plays great now. Ease of Use: I had the saddle lowered so it would be easier to play. It played good before but it plays great now. Quality: Well made, sturdy, and attractive guitar. I own four guitars including a Martin, but probably play this Taylor 210 more that any of the others. Value: Very good value. Manufacturer Support: I have no need to deal with the company. The Wow Factor: Good appeal. Great sound, well made, and an attractive guitar. Overall: Overall, great guitar that is fun to play at a reasonable price.

Overall: I got this guitar today and I love it. I have owned the Taylor 110, and that is also a great guitar, but this one is amazing. The guitar itself is beautiful. The top has a gloss finish, and the back and sides are a satin finish. Very beautiful.The sound is what makes this one stand out. It has a very clean, crisp sound to it. The sustain is great. I have played Taylor guitars and Martin guitars that range from 900-3,000 bucks, and this one does compare with those. The case it comes with is not a hard shell case, but more like a reinforced Taylor gig bag. I like it though. It did not come in with any blemishes, it was perfect. The action for me was perfect as well. The neck is thinner than other guitars I have played, which is not a bad thing since I like to do a lot of solos. Overall this is a very quality guitar, from a very quality company in Taylor. I would recommend this guitar to anyone who is on a budget, or anyone that wants a superb sounding workhorse to carry around with them. You can't go wrong with this guitar. The thing looks great, it sounds great. And the price is great for a Taylor of this quality. What more do you want?
