Dump the miserable old consumer decks you might have in your studio, and replace them with this rack-mountable beauty. This box is real-deal pro, and no foolin'! Start with a pair of XLR balanced and RCA unbalanced connectors that are common to both the CD and Cassette players. Add to that the same configuration dedicated to the CD player. Here's one you don't see on anything but pro rigs: a S/PDIF out for the CD player. ±12% pitch control on both decks is a handy feature, and the parallel control port is a nice touch.

Make those copies or dubs easy with the CD sync feature, or use either side independent of each other. It's your choice. You can set it for continuous play between the CD and Cassette for background music applications.

This is also a supreme unit for home entertainment usage. No matter how well you hook things up, a CD to cassette dub from this box is going to be better than anything you can muster from consumer decks. And, to be simply practical, this rig has to earn extra credit for the sheer space-saving it provides.
