I love this metronome, except the build quality isn't good because mine died after 1 year and 9 months of light use and careful handling. A call to the company didn't yield any repair or replace options, although they did ask the repair shop about it. They seem to think it might need a new main board as the sound stopped working to both speaker and headphones, while everything else functions. But without sound, it's a brick. So I bought a Boss DB-90 to replace it and we'll see how that goes. The DB-90 can do more. The Tama is little more intuitive and costs less. If I had specific criticisms of the RW200 other than the quality, it would be that it should have more options for click sounds (there are only 2), and it should have more memory storage, and ideally, the ability to do a memory dump to a file on a computer or phone and import/export those at will. (i.e. saved setlists for multiple bands, practice routine vs performances, etc.) A 9v power adapter should be included rather than an option. But mostly, they should build a product that lasts more than a 1-3/4 years or extend the warranty out longer because $100 plus $20 for a mount plus more for a power supply (plus tax) and then it fails fast with no recourse...isn't good. I've heard others say they have had multiples of these because they liked them but they failed....so I think there is something to that.
