Feature:
Nothing real fancy about this guitar. Gold keys are nice and the Solid Spruce top is nice. The Electronics with the built in tuner is more than adequate.
Quality:
Appears to be made extremely well and very durable.
Value:
Incredible instrument for the price.
Desirability:
The thing that is appealing about this instrument is the sound and the price.
Sound:
Excellent Sound. I played many guitars and read a lot of reviews before buying this one and it paid off. Sounds like a guitar that would cost 2 -3 times more than this one.
Ease of Use:
The action on the guitar that I purchased is OK. May bring it to a guitar tech to see if it can be lowered a bit.
Support:
Really haven't needed them for anything. I sent in the registration and received a nice letter back from them.
Overall:
I plan to keep this instrument for a very long time. Probably the best I've owned which includes my Martin.

Feature:
i got a hard case for it, but that wasn't included. no worries there, it needed one.
Value:
I picked this up for 340 and tax. I knew it was a steal, so I immediately bought it when i first played it.
Desirability:
The shiny finish on the body gave it a +5 sex appeal. The gold tuners gave it a +2. The color is pretty plain and traditional, but the quality of the sound is what really makes it appealing.
Sound:
i love the sound of this guitar. it's so warm feeling, and it projects very well
Ease of Use:
the maneuverability of the fretboard is keen. the rosewood fretboard feels great on the fingers.
