Overall, don't buy this model to be the workhouse of you DJ rig.. u will be dissapointed. As mentioned before great player for a studio setup...
Sound
Sound quality is good overall, strong output signal to mixer.
Features
This unit plays CDs. Thats it. No looping, scratching, etc. It doesn't even offer anti shock technology. Best suited for a non mobile studio type set up, when movement and chances of being bumped are minimised.
Ease of Use
Controls are intuitive and easy to use.
Quality
Durability is OK, at best. Icons/words have worn off buttons on the unit. CD trays don't open reliably. Some discs dont cue quickly, others don't cue at all. Scratches of any kind in the media make it sputter and skip. Lack of anti-shock means the slightest bump or nudge and your music will stop. Play/Pause button often doesn't respond without repeated pushes.
Value
For not alot more money, u can now get a player with more features including MP3 capability, scratching, looping a
