Sound: Good unit. Does what I need it to do. Feature: All accessories included for quick hook up. All features are useful and I couldn't really find any useless ones. Ease of Use: Works well within current system. Quality: Good quality and design. Looks good in the rack. Value: Worth every dime. Manufacturer Support: Didn't need support on this specific product but in the past on other items, I was treated well and got impressive prompt return e-mails and a willingness to correct my problem. The Wow Factor: It compliments the other units in my rack system. Overall: I will let you know when I find out if this cd player is road worthy. At this time it is new and working fine.
