Alder Body -- Just Like the Fender Guitars of Old

That Tele tone is tough to beat -- and this guitar treats your ears and eyes to Tele delight at a steal of a price. Alder was a popular tonewood choice for Fender guitars in the '50s and '60s for a reason: it yields a full-bodied sound with beefy mids and well-articulated lows. Alder is a medium-weight wood, so you can move around on stage more easily than with heavier woods like mahogany.

21 Medium Jumbo Frets

Stretching 21 frets in length is your Squier Classic Vibe Telecaster Custom's bright-sounding maple neck. Maple necks have a bit of a "snap" to them, and the bolt-on joint will add a bit more bite to your sound as well. Medium jumbo frets are a solid choice for rock, jazz, blues, and can even work well for shredding enthusiasts. This melodious appendage's smooth rosewood fingerboard is addicting to the touch and features modest yet tasteful dot fret position inlays.

Two Custom Vintage-Style Single-Coil Tele Pickups

That awesome Tele look and read more that irresistible Tele tone go hand in hand. This axe features two Custom Vintage-Style Single-Coil Tele pickups that harness a hot output. Alnico V magnets provide a slightly scooped midrange with tight lows and just enough bite and sparkle. Play around with your tone and volume controls, along with your three-setting pickup selector switch, to suit your heart's desire.

Vintage Style Strings-Thru-Body Tele Bridge

The Vintage Style Tele bridge on your Squier Classic Vibe Telecaster Custom electric axe utilizes a string-through-body design. Many guitarists will agree that a string-through-body guitar gives you greater resonance and an overall smoother transfer of sound. I have owned several Teles in the past, and this one is the best of them all. If it was lost or stolen I'd replace it immediately. In fact, I am thinking about ordering another one soon before they stop making this model.
Sound
Alnico 5 pickups deliver the Classic Telecaster sound.
Features
Much of the Tele charm lies in its' simplicity, and this one stays true to it's roots. The components are of a very high quality given the price of the guitar.
Ease of Use
Mine came setup perfectly, and is immensly playable.
Quality
I am extremely impressed with the build quality and fit and finish of this Tele, it is a stunner! If you didn't look at the name on the headstock, you might just think it was an American Deluxe. I have always wanted a Tele with binding on the body, and my dream has now come true. It adds a great deal of classiness to the guitar.
Value
This guitar is an absolute steal at this price. I'd rate the value at a 20 if I could.
Manufacturer Support
I haven't had to deal with the manufacturer.
The Wow Factor
If you are a Telecaster lover or have been wanting to try one out, this one is easy to recommend. Before spending money for a Mexican (or even American) made Tele, do yourself a favor and check this one out.
