Feature:
I didn't find their effects useful or easy to operate
Quality:
All the other plug ins to use inspire me without even messing with the effects. Muse is boring to me
Value:
I wish I would've bought KontaKt
Desirability:
uninspiring
Sound:
It's been nothing but a nighmare for me. It crashes a lot. The volume is not compatible with the rest of the Virtual Instruments I use (Stylus & vst Instruments). The sounds are not very inspiring to me, I find it hard to tweak the sounds, not that many options. Maybe it's just me, it's nothing like Kontakt or even some of the simple VST Plug ins.
Ease of Use:
it's ok. I expected more
Support:
Great people on board
Overall:
I'm already looking foir something better

Feature:
It has solid fx, and a huge amount of instruments
Quality:
This software is great sounding and easy to use.
Value:
I paid a lot more for some of my other plugins that I use a lot less.
Desirability:
I bought it recently after reading EM's editor's choice awards, where it won "best sample player."
Sound:
These instruments inspire, I've been using Colossus & Sample Tank until on a whim purchased Muse. Needless to say I wasn't dissapointed.Muse's instruments are dynamic and rich sounding, it is now my goto instrument.
Ease of Use:
I had a little issue at first, but I contactd Sonivox for some help, and they had me download an update. After the free update muse has been super easy to use, choosing instruments, building patches, and overall ease is top notch
Support:
I had to contact Sonivox once, they have a 800 number and they put me rite threw to tech support. They were helpful and had me up and going almost rite away.
Overall:
Muse is the center of my software instrument arsenal, I can't picture that changing.
