Product Description

The Shure Whitelabel is designed for party and club DJs spinning everything from house and techno to trance, dance, and jungle. With a sleek and ergonomic design, the cartridge additionally delivers higher trackability, lower tone-arm resonance, and better skip resistance.

It also includes an adjustable stylus overhang, reliable electrical contact, and improved stylus visibility. Whitelabel's sonic characteristics include solid drop bass, flat mids, and accented highs, all tailored for the club environment. Shure phono cartridges are micro-manufactured, electro-mechanical devices that tell an entire audio system what's happening along the half-mile groove that's cut into the typical analog disc. The quality of the information provided by the cartridge determines how faithfully any audio system will reproduce the recorded sound.

Features

The Design: Industrial, ergonomic, and plays to the cartridge's technological benefits of headshell mounted cartridges.

Forward-Mass Design: Center of gravity is displaced closer to the cantilever for optimal performance. Forward-mass produces higher trackability, lower tone-arm resonance, better skip resistance and requires lower tracking forces.

Adjustable overhang (50mm - 54mm): Unique to Shure products, adjustable overhang retains the forward and backward adjustment of a standard-mount headshell, providing maximum flexible adjustment between S-arm and straight-arm turntables.

Electrical Contact: Engineered for optimized compatibility with most professional turntables, a rubber tension gasket and rounded gold plated pins limit possible damage caused by over-tightening cartridge to the tone-arm.

Stylus Visibility: DJs can see exactly where they drop the needle. zZounds is an authorized dealer of Shure products.

Sound: The White label sounds good on my turntables. I've been using it for a month now. I love the needle. It sounds great for the money I spent on them. Feature: The quickness of changing out the needle is fast and easy. Just by pulling it out you can throw in another needle. Ease of Use: The shure white label made my vinyls sound great as well as my time coded vinyls. Its easy to get a good signal with these cartridges. Quality: The shure white label is produced pretty solid. It don't have loose pieces. It stays in great condition and will last a life time. Value: For the price its worth, I definitly would pay for it again. Manufacturer Support: I have never had problems with Shure. The Wow Factor: The way the shure whitelabel feels when Djing is amazing. I can perform the same way and the design makes no difference to my turntable. The whitelabel gives you a screw driver to move the cartridge length to match with your turntable arm. The chrome with white also makes my turntables look more expensive. Overall: I plan on using the Shure white label until something can replace it. I will buy extra needles for it in the future. I can already tell you can put thousands of hours on your turntables using this one needle. I put at least 2-5 hours a day.
