The Z5600 has received high praise from the professional audio press worldwide and won the support of hundreds of satisfied users for its ultra clean and detailed vocal sound. Now, the new Z5600A is even better and is destined to become one of the favorite vocal microphones in today's studio. Nine polar patterns selectable on its remote power supply enable you to choose omni, figure-eight, cardioid, or anywhere in between.
The Z5600A is at home miking everything from live drum kits to choirs, but really shines on lead vocals. Engineers have lauded the Z5600 for it's natural warmth and incredible detail and the new A series is equal to the task. To top it off, this beautiful microphone comes in a handsome wooden presentation box along with shock mount, remote power supply, and cables, all packaged in a protective aluminum travel case.

Desirability:
It's a crucial part for my studio, because i record alot of vocals and live instruments with it. It has a nice build, dusty gray body with a chrome dome.
Sound:
I Own a SE Z5600A Mic, and I love the warm sound it provides!! I use it with a UA LA 610 and it sounds straight up crazy (beautiful). I recommend this mic for anyone, any style of music wether recording vocals or live instruments, its well worth it!! And the price is so attractive!!
Ease of Use:
It is very easy to get great sounds from this mic, just simply turn it on! Once you let that baby warm up, it's on also the manual is very clear. It's perfect for percussion, Vocals , snares etc.

I haven't needed any service for this product.
Overall:
I plan to stick with this mic for years to come!! I like everything about this mic. The least thing i like about this mic you ask, is that you will eventually will have to replace the tube in the mic, but that's in all tube mic's so it's ok!!
